Hotel staff were very courteous, respectful and mindful to the needs of customers. Their smiles makes you feel welcome and ready to make your stay enjoyable. Premises are clean and the ambience is welcoming. Rooms are clean and tidy.
Everyone working at the hotel was just amazing, always smiling and kind. The breakfast buffet was great, and the pizza was amazing.

A beautiful 5-star hotel with comfy bed, super-fast wifi connection and nice location being just across Festival Mall.
Its a family oriented hotel and very accessible to malls and transportation.
You cant fault the staff and the service is exceptional. My son got sick during our stay and they have a nurse on standby in our room taking care of my son. And everyone is just so helpful. I would definitely be coming back. Their service is like no other.
I picked the hotel due to its location. If travelling light the hotel is an easy walk (10mins), specially courtesy of the sky bridge from the airport! Everything else was just borderline. My thanks to perhaps to the friendliest staff memeber who was the security/concierge facilitator out front! Really appreciated the help with booking a grab taxi on my behalf.
Super friendly front desk and swift check-in and check out Not happy about the servers at the lobby bar and restaurant Kept ignoring us even I waved at them and I was early noticed. VERY BAD RESTO STAFF
What I liked the most during my stay was the birthday complimentary given to me. It was such a lovely gesture from the hotel itself. The staff also provides exceptional service and always attends to our needs with a big smile. I think Sir Pau and Miss Riza deserve a special mention for their excellent assistance!
Rates are affordable, location and nice view
I like the bed and the view. I mean it's not that you will expect too much but price wise I would still love to stay there on my working days because I only require to go to the office twice a month. Not bad at all Shout Out to the Housekeeping team and the Pool you guy there! You guys are the best !!

Everything!!! The staff were the best. We travel a lot so we have experienced many hotels and their staff- Crimson is the best. The pool and design of the hotel gave us lots of space and separated occupancy and conference participants. Food was excellent. we Ate there for 2 meal everyday for 12 days total. always tasty, clean, and LOTS OF VARIETY.
